and follow the instructions on the registration page.

What is E-Statement?
An E-Statement is an electronic version of your
statement. It provides you an alternate way to view and print
your monthly statement from your computer, utilizing Internet-based
technology and eliminating the need for paper statements. With E-Statements,
you can access your statement online anytime. You will also
receive a monthly e-mail notifying you when your current
statement is available.

How do E-Statements work?
An e-mail notification will be sent each month when the
latest E-Statement becomes available. The notification is sent to
the e-mail address entered during the registration process. You
will be able to view your statement right from your computer, 24
hours a day, seven days a week via the Internet.

Will I receive notification when my
statement becomes available?
Yes. You will receive an e-mail notification each month
when the latest E-Statement becomes available.

Is my E-Statement information secure?
Our E-Statement program is secured by a VeriSign SSL
certificate and uses the latest Internet security technology to
help ensure that your statement information is as secure as
possible. These techniques include user authentication, data
encryption, and the use of secure servers, which are designed to
keep out potential intruders.

How much history is available for E-Statements?
E-Statement users can view up to 12 months of past
statements.

Will I continue to receive my paper
statement in the mail?
No. Paper statements will stop once you sign up for E-Statements.

When will I receive my E-Statement?
Historically, you have waited for your paper statement
to be mailed and delivered. With E-Statements, you avoid the
traditional mail delivery, so you will receive your statement
sooner. Upon signing up for E-Statements, you will receive your
first e-mail notification to the e-mail address you specified at
the beginning of the following month. You will continue to
receive a monthly e-mail notification that your E-Statement is
available.

Will my E-Statement look the same as my
paper statement?
Your electronic statement will look similar to your
paper statement. Our E-Statement offers many additional features,
such as viewing previous statements, remote access, and much more.

Can I print a copy of my entire bill?
Yes. Go to "View Entire Bill" and print the
pages.

May I receive my electronic statement from
time to time, without signing up for E-Statements?
Unfortunately no, we are unable to offer periodic online
statements at this time.

How do I save my E-Statement for future
reference?
You can save the page by selecting "File/Save As".

Will I receive an E-Statement for all of my
accounts?
Whatever accounts were included in your paper statement
will be included on your E-Statement.

Yes. You select your password during registration.

What if I forget or lose my E-Statement
password?
Contact our office for a new password.

Yes. Once you login to your E-Statement you will be able
to print it just like you print any document on your computer.

Can I have my E-Statement sent to more than
one e-mail address?
No. E-Statements, like regular mailed versions, can only
be sent to one address.

What if I change my e-mail address?
To change the e-mail address your E-Statements
notification is sent to, log into your E-Statement account. In the "Options" menu on the left,
select 'Change Profile', enter the new e-mail address in the correct box,
then click the Apply button.

Can I request a printed copy of my statement
if my computer isn't working or I need one for some other reason?
Yes. You may request a printed statement by contacting
our office. You may be charged $2.00 for each copy requested.

Who should I contact if I don't receive my E-Statement?
Please contact our office if you don't receive your E-Statement.

How do I cancel my E-Statement service?
You may cancel your E-Statement service at any time by
providing us with written notice by postal mail or fax. It may
take as long as forty-five (45) days from the receipt of your
written notice of cancellation for you to receive your next
monthly printed mailed statement, with all subsequent printed and
mailed statements arriving monthly thereafter.
